25 YEARS

The Directors of the Luther I. Replogle Foundation have been working together as philanthropists for 25 years to further the objectives of the Foundation. At our recent Board Meeting in April, the Directors decided to re-evaluate the direction of the Foundation’s grant-making strategy in order to improve our effectiveness and impact in our areas of greatest interest. During this review period, we will be considering new ways to minimize the burden on our applicants and grantees by enhancing our communications and our grant-making processes so that they are as clear and straightforward as possible.

For these reasons, we are not accepting any letters of inquiry or grant applications at this time. We hope to begin our next application period in January 2009.
